  • Question: I have received my share certificate - Can I sell it or transfer my share(s)?
  • Answer: You can only sell your share or shares certificate back to GSF after 36 months from the date of becoming a shareholder. However given special circumstances this can be done sooner with a majority vote from the GSF board of directors / persons of significant control.
  • Question: How long will it take to get my share certificate ?
  • Answer: It can take up to 28 days for you to be emailed your share certificate after becoming a Global Share Funding shareholder. Every shareholder certificate is personally signed by the UK directors, and as such we do however aim to email these within 7 working days but due to high demand this can take up to 28 days.
  • Question: What does my share in the company involve?
  • Answer: Anyone purchasing a share in GSF will have the right as a shareholder to be involved with company decisions. This can be from investment to purchasing. If you are happy to just leave your share ticking away in the background, and go about normal daily life. We guarantee yearly dividends on your share with GSF. In addition to being a company shareholder you will also be entered in to our quarterly sweep stake draw.
  • Question: I just received an email about the £7 shares promotion, What is this about ?
  • Answer: Very occasionally we send out the Lucky "£7" shareholder promotion to randomly selected shareholders all around the world. If you become a Lucky "£7" shareholder we will enter your shares in to our Quarterly sweep stake draw with "7 times" more entries than other shareholders. Please note: The lucky £7 share promotion email is only sent out randomly to people who purchase three or more shares in GSF.
  • Question: My PayPal share purchase is pending so what does this mean?
  • Answer: PayPal runs security checks on 1,000's of online transactions (for your safety, and security), and as such these could be placed in their reserve account. If your funds are held in a PayPal reserve account pending security / verification this can delay us in sending your share certificate/s.
  • Question: Can I purchase more shares?
  • Answer: We only offer four types of share purchasing via PayPal to become a shareholder in Global Share Funding. You can currently only purchase 1, 3, 5 or 10 shares within the company in a single PayPal transaction. At GSF we feel that by restricting share transactions will allow everyone to benefit from becoming a shareholder. Let's give everyone a chance to gain a much higher guaranteed return on their investment.
  • Question: How can you guarantee a return on my shares?
  • Answer: GSF invest all monies held within its private limited company here in the UK. Most worldwide banks typically guarantee a return on any investment of only 0.05%. The GSF scheme uses multiple platforms for investing in short, and long term shareholder shares. This allows our projected rate of return to be in the region of 4.9% which is nearly 16 times the interest rate currently offered by the UK bank, and considerably higher than most worldwide banks.
  • Question: What is the Quarterly shareholder sweep stake all about?
  • Answer: Every yearly quarter we get dividends paid in to GSF, and as such choose as many shareholders to benefit on a totally random basis thus getting a financial return. This is of course in addition to your return on your GSF shares.
  • Question: When do I get my dividend, and how often?
  • Answer: All GSF shareholders get paid a dividend for shares held within our private limited company here in the UK. We currently pay dividends exactly 36 months from the date you purchase them from GSF. In addition to this every quarter we get dividends paid into GSF, and as such choose as many shareholders to benefit on a totally random basis thus getting a financial return. This is of course in addition to your yearly return on GSF shares.
  • Question: How long does it take to see my name on the UK companies house register as a shareholder?
  • Answer: We usually only update the shareholder register once every 90 days or 3 months (whichever is sooner). We can escalate the addition of your details to the companies house register in 96 hours. There is a nominal charge of £3.35 (or equivalent in your currency) for requesting this service, and covers any number of shares registered in your name only.
  • Question: Can I speak about my share options or invite family / friends?
  • Answer: We always encourage everyone to speak about their share purchase from the GSF scheme. It is always nice to spread good news, and of course guaranteed returns on any investment. We currently pay dividend’s exactly one year from the date you purchase them from GSF. In addition to this every yearly quarter we get dividends paid in to GSF, and as such choose as many shareholders to benefit on a totally random basis thus getting a financial return. This is of course in addition to your yearly return on GSF shares.
  • Question: I see your share availability is nearly gone. Will I miss out?
  • Answer: Here at GSF we only increase our shareholding capital once every three months to cover shareholders demand (or sooner if required). This is constantly assessed, and as such we do limit share purchasing via PayPal to become a share shareholder in our Global Share Funding scheme. You can currently only purchase 1, 3, 5 or 10 shares within the company in a single PayPal transaction.
  • Question: Do Global Share Funding offer a share referral scheme?
  • Answer: We do not offer any incentives on any type of referral scheme. Global Share Funding is not a multi level marketing programme or "Pyramid" business. Our operation is based on you as an individual, although we are happy for you to chat with friends about Global Share Funding. We do not offer any incentives by recommending a friend.
  • Question: What do you actually guarantee with my share?
  • Answer: We guarantee that as a shareholder in our private UK business we will return an investment which is higher than any worldwide banks savers rate.
